A wreath for all seasons

I’ve been working on this large (for me) linocut print for many weeks and it seems fitting to have completed carving today, just in time for Print Day in May, 2025!

I’ve pulled the first print on Japanese Kozo – I love how this fine paper shows the delicate details of the wreath, a celebration of the 4 seasons.

I haven’t yet decided on a title or final colour, but I’m happy with how it turned out!

Linocut, 45 x 45cm on Japanese Kozo, with Hawthorn Stay Open inks.
