Spending my Print Day in May working in my studio to print a woodcut edition. Wunderwerck X is part of a study series based on Conrad Lycosthenes 1557 Prodigiorum. It’s a very normal horse, until you take a good look at the legs. Carved with tools and woods from @mcclains.printmaking.supplies and printed with @cranfieldcolours relief ink.
