Teen print club , will be running collagraph printmaking session , open to young people age 13-19 £16 all materials are included . We will use recycled materials make layered up prints . Will show you how to print using the press and how to print up at home . The idea is that in the East Midlands there is very little art provision for teenagers , there’s dance classes , sports , drama . But if you want to do art it stops at age 12 . So seeing the need I asked Union gallery if we could run one here so every 6 weeks , for an afternoon the teens get the run of the printmaking equipment .
