Magnolias for Spring

Magnolia Blossoms on Branch

I began printmaking when I found my grandmother’s vintage linocut tools in a closet. The speedy carve block was old and crumbly and the tools were tarnished but it was the beginning of something new.

The printmaking community has been so encouraging and supportive since the very beginning, I’m delighted to be participating in my first Print Day in May!

Magnolias printed using Caligo Safe Wash Relief Ink on Hosho paper. 8″x10″
