A simple drawing over morning tea led to a trace monotype, then some watercolors followed by a linocut and a repurposed Aldi grocery bag! She turned out mysterious and fiery, a fierce modern goddess. I really enjoyed using things I had on hand and taking my time in the studio today, letting things unfold as they did. Happy May Day printing!! xx
