I tried a technique where I use paper, torn and cut, which I ink, then apply to the acrylic plate with other elements like plants, netting and oats, to create a scene. The last one is a ghost print.

I used paper from an old photo album, which was made from recycled cloth.

"I mainly work in lino print, but also enjoy collagraph, mono and drypoint. Each piece starts as a photo or sketch from my wanderings. Inspiration comes from a bird, a view through the trees, or a family watching the sunset over the Bristol Channel." Some of her pieces have been exhibited in small galleries in the UK, and she has taken part in group shows in her local arts centre. She recently won a prize in an international celebration of printmaking, printdayinmay. Her work has also been published in small independent arts magazines, and some is on display in a local country house hotel.
