Hey, we are from Toronto, 6 artists got together in the studio to print today for International Print Day!

Here we are in Studio #366, in the wonderful creative arts building at https://401richmond.com/

We had a lot of fun, a creative day, doing linoleum blocks prints, drypoint etching, on beautiful Japanese Papers from the JPP. https://www.japanesepaperplace.com/

The artists involved are; L-R, Sheela Szymkowiak, Patricia Mohan, Janine Lindgren, Pelin Yildiz,

Sandy Doan, Silvana Pasceri. We are excited to be a part of this Print Day , share our work, and discover other printmakers around the world and see their prints!

I am a sculptor and Printmaker, with a studio in a vibrant arts building in downtown Toronto, Canada. I studied art at Art College and University, and spent a lot of time in the sculpture and print studios. I am also an arts educator, and teach printmaking and life drawing with the TDSB, Art Gallery of Ontario, and private workshops. I have shown my work in group and solo shows, and have work in public and private collections. I live with my husband, a sculptor, and have a creative daughter interested in architecture. I hope to build my new website soon. Meanwhile I can't stop printing!!! Happy to have found this print community. cheers, Janine
