HAWKWOOD
At the beautiful Hawkwood College on the edge of the Cotswold Hills in South West England on this very day, May 4th 2019, three new printmakers have been making their first woodcuts, with Rod Nelson as their tutor. It has been a really good and engaging day. The problem for the tutor has been getting the students to stop working, and at the end of the day, having failed completely, he left them to continue as he had a prior appointment. They will probably work all night.
I don’t know why the image post to this blog is turning all of my pictures through either 180 or 90 degrees, incredibly frustrating.
